Working hard, or working too hard?

A survey conducted by an independent research company and funded by the travel website HotelsCombined found that a concerning number of Australian’s are neglecting to use their annual leave entitlement, with some failing to take a single day in 2016. The report found that 67% of Australian employees failed to use their full entitlement in 2016, while a disturbing 37% chose not to take any time off at all. Interestingly, the same report found that 55% of Australians spend their annual leave at home rather than on a genuine holiday.
